TERMS & CONDITIONS



MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
  • The use of the à la carte membership card and vouchers constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein.
  • The à la carte membership card must be presented for stated discounts and privileges to be deemed valid.
  • à la carte Member privileges are not extended to service charges and/or government taxes.
MEMBERSHIP CARD AND E-VOUCHERS
  • The membership card remains the property of à la carte and Millennium & Copthorne International Limited and must be returned upon request.
  • The membership card is strictly NON-TRANSFERABLE and must be signed by the member and can only be used by the member to be deemed valid.
  • Membership benefits are valid until the expiry date as printed on the membership card and vouchers. There will not be any extension of membership benefits after the expiry date.
  • The member must produce a valid membership card and present the e-voucher(s) for validation to enjoy the intended privileges.
  • Membership card usage is limited to one card per dining party, table or reservation. Usage of multiple cards will not be accepted for group bookings.
  • Membership benefits and vouchers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or privileges unless otherwise stated.
ACCOMMODATION
  • All room rates are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes. Please visit www.clubalc.com to view your Member-Preferred Room Rates.
  • Complimentary accommodation vouchers are valid on a Room Only basis (excluding breakfast).
  • Room reservations using Member-Preferred Room Rates and complimentary accommodation in local and/or overseas hotels must be made minimum two weeks in advance and confirmation is strictly subject to room availability for such reservations.
  • The member must produce a valid membership card upon check-in to enjoy the privileges.
DINING
  • Membership dining privileges are strictly non-transferable and applicable only at all participating establishments.
  • The member must produce a valid membership card and present e-voucher(s) for validation to enjoy the stated privileges.
  • Discounts extended are based on the number of main meals per diner at the table.
  • Discounts are applicable on beverages at all participating dining outlets (by the glass and excludes premium drinks and purchases by bottle).
  • 25% discount is applicable on beverages and bar snacks at all participating bar and lounge outlets (by the glass and excludes premium drinks and purchases by bottle).
  • 10% discount is applicable on food only when a member dines at Memo at Studio M.
  • Children who are 5 years old and below enjoy buffet dining without charges. Child price apply for children between 5 to 12 years old.
  • Discounts are applicable on à la carte main course or buffet meal orders but discounts do not extend to seasonal price items, set menus, promotional and premium items.
  • Condiments at Hua Ting Restaurant, Grand Shanghai Restaurant and Tien Court Restaurant are not applicable for discounts.
  • Discount not applicable for all alcoholic beverages at Beast & Butterflies.
  • Membership dining privileges does not include complimentary parking. Parking charges may apply and subject to the participating establishments’ parking charges and policies.
RESTRICTION OF USAGE

The à la carte benefits and privileges (unless otherwise stated) are valid all year round except on the following days: Members’ Night, Valentine’s day, Mother’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, eve of and first three days of Lunar New Year. In addition, for Hua Ting Restaurant and Tien Court Restaurant: à la carte benefits and privileges are not valid for the eve and the first 15 days of Lunar New Year; Grand Shanghai Restaurant: only 15% discount will be accorded on any first 15 days of Lunar New Year. The à la carte benefits and privileges are also not applicable on eve of and Public Holidays (including all Public Holidays observed in lieu) at Hua Ting Restaurant.

  • à la carte and Millennium & Copthorne International Limited reserve the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions with notice on the à la carte website at https://www.clubalc.com/fnbpro/web/TNC.aspx.
  • Millennium & Copthorne International Limited reserves the rights to include/exclude any benefits/privileges, any participating outlets during the course of the membership promotion at any time at its sole and absolute discretion.
GENERAL INFORMATION

LOST OR STOLEN
Safe keeping of membership card and vouchers is the responsibility of the member. Loss or theft of the card must be reported immediately to à la carte. A fee of S$25 will be charged for card replacement. Membership vouchers and accorded benefits are strictly NON-REPLACEABLE if lost or misplaced.

CANCELLATION
Cancellations will be honoured on unused memberships (including not using any vouchers). Requests for cancellation must be made within 10 days from the date of issuance of the membership. An administrative fee of S$100 is payable by the members to us for such cancellation. In the event that the membership benefits have been utilised, no cancellation will be accorded.

PRIVACY AND DATA POLICY
You understand and agree that information you provide for your membership registration and in relation to the use of your membership will be handled by us, our hotels and participating outlets and M&C Reservations Services Limited (“MCRSL”; a subsidiary within the Millennium & Copthorne Hotels pcl group (“MHR Groups”) and collectively “we”, “us” or “our”), each as a data controller, in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including, without limitation, the Personal Data Protection Act 2012) and the MHR Group’s Privacy Policy (a copy of which can be provided upon request and is available at: Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy. If any corrections to your information are requested, please send an e-mail to member@alacarte.com.sg.

The information may be used by us, and transferred to other MHR Group members and third parties engaged by the M&C Group (both within and outside Singapore or the jurisdiction the information given), for the purposes of managing and fulfilling your membership; communication matters relating to your membership (such as lost and found, follow-up queries and surveys); enabling you to take advantage of your membership; for the MHR Group’s internal auditing and reporting purposes; otherwise managing our business relationship with you; and such other purposes permitted by applicable law. The MHR Group’s Privacy Policy (as may be amended, supplemented or substituted from time to time) is incorporated by reference into and form part of these terms. All communications, transactions and dealings with us shall be subject to the latest version of this policy in force at the time and is available at the link stated above. For more information about the third parties with whom we share your personal data, you may, where appropriate, wish to refer to the agreement(s) and/or terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy that govern our relationship with you or our members.
